Doggy Face

Doggy Face, soft pastel on paper, 2007

Dog teaches me the meaning of faithfullness and dedication. Faithfullness in many ways forgets hatred and revenge. It almost never bites the owner. Its loyalty blinds its eyes. But yet it opens its sincere instinct to always be closer to the master.

seems to me like you're making a passport photograph of your pet:) - and that one of the tiger, too.
It is as if you were reluctant to show the other part of the doggy- not even half of it. Do you have an explanation to this, or it was because you just like it that way?

tks alot for giving comment to this blog. you have critical query.
well, i made them on purpose. i was not reluctant, but instead i wanted to highlight the strong characteristics of those animals' faces. painting the whole part of the animals would only hamper the message.
